SIZING TOOLS

The sizing and selection of a liquid ring pump
requires the evaluation of the vapour pressure
of the liquid ring.

The actual pump capacity under operating process
conditions can significantly differ from the published
values at standard conditions (Air 20°C / Water 15°C).
The PNEUROP recommendation describes the correction factors
to evaluate the effective pump capacity and power requirement.
